It's a tiny little mom and pop joint with the menu in chalk. You know it's gotta be good right? It is. I'm not gonna lie, it caught me off guard how good the meats are. The brisket is pure perfection and you get a choice of fatty or lean cut. The pulled pork is also amazing on its own, but there's a secret to make it better. They have a Carolina BBQ sauce that is better than anything I had living in southern Virginia for three years. Put that on the pulled pork and thank me later. Get a side of the slaw and add it to the sandwiches too, it's great. I'll be back here for the ribs next.
