It's too bad Desert Tech only works on high end appliance brands, because I'd use them for everything if I could. After two other "approved" companies failed, Desert Tech immediately diagnosed the problem with our Fisher-Paykel and had it fixed in an hour. Their service fees aren't any higher than the other guys and they get the job done quicker since they know what they're doing, so it usually ends up costing less and for sure gets the job done with fewer headaches. The techs are always glad to answer all our appliance-related questions - and give correct answers! - and the office staff is super nice. Now if only I can talk them into working on my Whirlpools...
