rev:text	Two stars at best. Don't believe the price advertised. I rented at $569 for the standard one bedroom (it's advertised at $531) and six months later it is jumping $50/mo. if I sign a year lease...or $150/mo. increase for another 6-9 months. That ain't gonna happen. They also charge for water, gas, sewer and trash (on top of the the electric bill you'll have,) so plan on an additional $55 minimum a month for that (one person 1-bed unit is $13/mo. charge just for trash....over 500 apartments, can you imagine the racket on that alone?) They also inform me of the rate increase 6 weeks in advance but the notice says they need TWO MONTH NOTICE IF I DECIDE TO MOVE....this is utter bullshit. I have already started seeking the aid of an attorney to fight this. They also provide a storage closet in each unit, where I am storing stuff. I went on vacation and when I returned they had locked the closet...WITH MY PROPERTY INSIDE. This place is a joke. They can't manage to fix an exterior door so that it closes to keep the cold out. There have been gun shots followed by various sirens, and it'd dangerous to walk around in the grass because of all the dog shit. They spent a boat load to fix the place up, but the money was only spent on a little used club house and nothing else. The heat is on or off, no in-between.There is no privacy on the ground floor in that you cannot leave your curtains open. The doors bang closed all times day and night. The best thing I can say is that it's solid and little noise except water running between apartments and the downstairs neighbor showering wakes me every day. Oh, and the place stinks! It is a great place to abandon your car, though. There is a car in a prime parking place that has not moved in the 5 months I've been here, (I made note of a different color lug nut.) I will not be renewing. Their loss. I'm a good tenant and they need good tenants. I think almost half this unit is vacant.
