  • Full body wax- the lady doing it at first was super nice..anu walks in like 20min later and keeps telling her to hurry up. She eventually told her to do something else and Anu quickly waxes whatever was left- kept missing huge chunks (back of arms/knees etc) with clearly visible hair. Had to point them out at least 5-6times. Anu was starting to get super annoyed and just left the room/told me to tweeze the rest myself. I was so pissed. It's not even like it was a good price either- I'm not v hairy and she said $120 over the phone. I get there and she charges me $160. To make it worse I have a ton of ingrowns to this day (went in sept) Friend had a similar experience re: waxing (refusing to be more diligent) I've heard she's good for nails tho
