rev:text	DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE HER OFFICE STAFF/TECHS ARE THE WORST!!! I walked in as a new patient because I had an emergency with my contact lenses. The techs who I wasn't able to get the names (because they don't have a badge) were the Hispanic and Indian-looking ones. The Indian lady (dark skin, round eyes, black hair) told me that the consult was $110. So I went on to proceed with the consultation and filled out the paper works right when they opened at 10am. They both told me that there was a 10:30am appointment but I will be seen right away. I was asked to go to this little room to check the pressure of my eye and another test, in which both machines require you to press your forehead and chin onto it. The machines DID NOT HAVE ANY PAPER on where you press your body parts as an infection control mechanism for body contacts between patients NOR DID THE INDIAN LADY clean the machine before making me use it. I had a gut feeling that it WAS NOT CLEANED after the patient who used it BEFORE ME. AND I WAS RIGHT, NOW, THE DAY AFTER, I BROKE OUT WITH PIMPLES ON MY FOREHEAD AND CHIN!!!!! DISGUSTING!!! 11am and I haven't been called to see the doctor yet. At 11:30am the Indian lady told me if I wanna come back in the afternoon because NOW, THERE'S ALSO AN 11am, 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, so on and so forth appointments!!! But she ONLY TOLD ME that there's only a 10:30am appointment when I walked in!!! Not only that, I found out that Dr. Romy Park WAS NOT EVEN THERE!!! And they didn't tell me that when I arrived!!! When I expressed my frustration about their WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, the Hispanic lady and Indian looking lady STARTED WHISPERING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! YOU GUYS THINK IM BLIND?!?! WHAT A HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Dr. Sonia Kalia saw me instead and she's pretty amazing. Great patient care service and I couldn't say anything bad about her. When I checked out, the Hispanic lady charged me $120!!!!! I told her that the Indian lady told me it's $110 and that's how they get you!!! DISHONEST MFCKERS!!!!!!!
