We have used Procare since they opened. I have always found it to be a very convenient way to access medical care for minor issues . However, as the practice has grown, it is very difficult to get a human being to answer the phone . We needed a vaccination for my daughter . I called to make an appointment and the automated phone system gave the option of having their answering service call me back to confirm an appointment within one hour. I never got a call back. I went in the next day. Of course she did not have an appointment and the wait was two hours at least . The staff was less than sympathetic. Simply stating that it is a poor system. Indeed, it is. So why use it? I guess so that the phone will stop ringing .
