  • Had a few issues with my used vehicle, preowned certified Passat and had to take it back to get repaired and they took care of it right away and provided a loaner for me to use. Sheldon really took great care of us in service department I very much appreciate his attention and understanding of my situation. I was very frustrated and he just made it happen. This is our 5th car with this dealership and although I was very very disappointed that they gave me my car in the condition it was, I was very happy at the end of the day that they fixed it 100%, finally my car feels new ;) I would've given a lower score due this reason but Sheldon saved your butt
