This dealership needs to evolve. It is the same old game with a manager at the desk, big open room with desks, and archaic sales processes. They have the luxury of selling one of the best and most reliable auto brands. However, they don't react to email quickly, do not call back quickly, and don't get to know their customers. In fact, they care nothing about the brand of the dealership and solely about their own welfare. I listened in on 4 conversations in my time there. Not once was a customer asked about themselves, what they do, or what they were looking to do with their new car. Only heard "what's your credit score, down money, payment expectations" Times will be tough if this place doesn't know how to treat the modern customer. The millenial and future generations will not shop here. Too many choices out there and the world is a smaller place.
