  • My warranty American Home Shield call this company to come out and fix my AC. Derrick was very nice and did a quick/easy job. It took 5 minutes. I wanted to write this review because I saw a lot of negative reviews. I just bought this home a month ago and the AC was originally serviced by Alaskan Home Services HVAC on 04/12/17, so they obviously didn't do their job since the AC went out. So I blame them!
