  • I was disappointed to see that Yelp automatically put my review as not reliable. I get it. I had only done one review and had not uploaded a photo. I'm just not that into social medial (not even sure if Yelp falls in that category). What I do know is great service. So many months later I still think back on the service I received from Shane and I still smile! I stopped by the agency just before the new year (just to say another thank you), and Shane not only remembered me, but was genuinely happy to see how well I was doing! I'm saving up to buy my home - count on that! And I still feel that Shane is the person to go to!
