  • Very high cost and the service does not match the cost. We stayed 2 nights and we had no room service, same sheets and towels for 2.5 days. Internet connection sign is very weak. It took several attempts and 15-20 minutes each time to get hooked up. No luggage stands so your suitcase needs to be put down on the floor, no attention to detail, even the clock in the workout room was 90 minutes off. Good location though right across from Planet Hollywood and Paris casino/hotel.
