  • I had my brows done initially with Shay one month ago, she was very friendly & welcoming, she spent a good amount of time measuring my brows and creating a shape I was happy with. I have to admit, the procedure is not the most pleasant feeling, to be honest it hurts, but Shay added some numbing cream after the first few slices; which helped. She had sent me an email outlining what I could expect during the healing process, which was pretty on point, and I thought they were disappearing but as time went on they came back, a little bit patchy but still a drastic improvement from how they looked when I went in for my first appt. I was happy with how they had healed after the first appt. Today I went in for my touch up appt, and again, it didn't feel great but I left with a brow that I am very happy with. I will continue with this type of procedure in the future, and with Shay; she was precise and informative. Overall I am very happy with the results, and I would recommend her & the procedure to anyone. I have no idea why I didn't do this sooner!!
