| - I had an appointment yesterday with a deal for cut , style , color and conditioning. The owner was quite crude and mouthy. After I got there, they had all this extra charges on it even though they were very vague where they posted their services. When I had called to ask her more details , she refrained to give me about the extra fees, except that they'll charge taxes on the full price (pre-discount) plus extra charge for long hair. My hair barely reached the base of my neck and that considered long. Then she was afraid that I might not pay, she instructed the male hair dresser not to do my hair, even though I had paid for the coupon. The other hair dresser ignored her , and did my hair. Then she showed me an article on her I phone about how hair dressers don't have EI, vacation etc.. Well lady it is not the fee, it is tricking people to make them come to your store and slapping them with fees.. be honest and tell the extra fees in advance , long hair $50 extra and up to the neck $20.00 etc..She wanted me to feel sorry for her. No I don't ..I feel sorry for the people who work in your store !! think the hair dresser who took care of me deserves a better place to work. . I gave 3 because the male hair dresser was a nice person, otherwise I would have given one star, the owner was something else.
