  • We brought our dog Maximus in for a nail grinding service. The lovely girl at the front gave fantastic customer service even though she had a recent injury and broke her arm. Her heart and soul are truly in making people's experiences here positive. I asked about a recent bad review they had on yelp because it was my first visit and she explained the situation to me. There was a customer that had a dog with a severe yeast infection on the skin and it had an odor that needed to be medically treated. Best in Show responded very professionally and sweet in consideration of the dog that had the medical problem. As for Maximus (our pup) he got a fantastic nail grind by Victoria. Max is very timid and has had bad experiences in the past but he did very well and we will be back for another trim!!!
