  • The absolute worst Starbucks. I have been here at least 4 times and I've either encountered long wait times (both inside and in the drive-thru) or my coffee drink order is flat out wrong. Their night shift is the problem. On a few occasions I've gone through the drive-thru around 7pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings and mind you, I was the only person in line. I waited 10 minutes for my drink. And one time the cup was only 2/3 full. Another time I asked for a Peppermint Latte and received a Pumpkin Latte, and another time my drink was barely lukewarm. Another time I asked for a Peppermint Latte and the girl responded they were out of mocha powder. Since when does a Latte have mocha powder? I have given this location too many chances and I won't go back. Get your act together.
