| - Rude, unprofessional, uninformed/lied to me... basically terrible.
December 2015, I ordered an iPad and paid in full, and waited for delivery. They didn't notify me when it came. I called 9 days later and spent over 2.5 hours on the phone on hold and with different people. All with different stories. Finally I found out it came in but they sold it to someone else!
The manager said products are returned or sold if not picked up within ten days. I told him it had only been 9 days since the order and 8 business days since they are closed on Christmas. He said, "huh, I guess you're right." He didn't apologize.
After I explained that I already paid for the product, the manager said my money was refunded. They didn't have what I wanted anymore, so I had to get a different iPad for work and all they had was pink. UGH
Best Buy never issued a refund, charged my credit card TWICE, and I had to call their corporate office for a refund, which took a week.
I will never return to this location. I have had half a dozen other bad or mediocre encounters here, ranging from not being able to find assistance to a screen protector that was installed wrong and I had to go back...
