  • I have rented with Waypoint homes for over 3 years now and up until the merge of Colony Home they HAD excellent maintenance. I turned in an AC request a month ago and it's still not fixed. Del Tech Services is the worst AC company ever!! They never keep their appointments like today scheduling a 6:30 a.m. appt and I get a call at 6:30 stating he didn't have cleaner for the AC maintenance and he would be here at 8:00, this after having the whole family wake up and get ready for nothing!!! I had asked Waypoint to send a different vendor after the first appointment as I saw the incompetence of this company right away! Instead of honoring a tenant's request, I am having to STILL deal with this incompetent company! I have left SEVERAL messages for the Property Manager to call me but no return call. Very disappointing Waypoint. Lease is up in February and I may need to consider a new PM company to lease with that will return calls and hire QUALITY vendors! So sad as I love where I live and have always paid rent on time, have a house cleaner, and a landscaper that takes care of the property. Bad business for the owner to lose us.
