  • I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my girlfriend, now fiance's, diamond engagement ring from Morrison Smith (MS). I shopped around at various jewelers in the Charlotte market, and none of the others provided me the extreme high level of customer service, education, and excitement that MS did. I was grateful to work with Pam, one of the owners. She was by my side each step of the way, providing me with options on loose diamonds and creative ideas for the band. She and her team met my rather tight deadline to propose with no questions asked, and was always available to meet me at the store (and was also very responsive by email and cell phone too). The high level of customer service continued after the purchase by providing insurance to re-sizing the ring overnight. The engagement ring was absolutely stunning and my fiance is in love with it. I had such a wonderful experience working with Pam, that I could not wait to introduce my fiance to her and Chuck and "showoff" where I made the purchase. I love to support local, family owned businesses, and am proud to say I bought the ring from MS. I would recommend MS to any one of my friends/family, whether it be for engagement rings or other jewelry. I will certainly be a returning customer.
