  • I called this place to try and get an estimate on the cost and what programs they would have available for my children. The lady on the phone didnt sound excited or happy to be there. She couldnt even give me an exact price on what it would cost for my children to attend this facility. She proceeded to ask me a lot of detailed questions about my children, which I did not feel comfortable answering with her. She told me that she didnt have pricing information and that a program specialist would call me back. She also proceeded to mention that this particular facility would be closing down and all of the children and staff would be merging with the brand new Durango location later in the month. I drive by the Durango location everyday, it seems nice, but it also seems very busy and overcrowded, and I was concerned that there would be too many children in the new facility if one facility was merging with another. 2 weeks later and I still havent heard from that "Program Specialist"!!! I also tried contacting the facility many times, but they kept saying that someone would contact me back. Let's just say that I took my children to a very nice facility thats right near my house, my kids are very happy. Its very rude to not call anyone back, how do you expect to gain business?
