I came in last night with my husband. Dressed to the T, I had one of my pair of reds on already (My Claire de lune's to be exact)... my husband was wearing a rather expensive pair of Jordan's & I had all my diamonds on. Honestly, any one with a pair of eyeballs could tell we weren't looky loos.
We waiting in there 15 minutes without even being greeted!!! RUDE! They had 2 sales men there, both of which were helping the same couple.... And there was only us 2 couples in the store! There wasn't an abundance of people or anything, just the 4 of us... And they thought it smart for all of 2 sales people to be assisting 1 couple and not even acknowledge us.... RUDE!
I came in here ready for my newest pair of reds, but left with nothing because these sales people would give us the time of day.
***Note to sales people: When I walk into a red bottom store, I'm expecting the whole experience and nothing less. First thing you should do as a shoe sales person is look at your costumers feet.. Then at least greet them!! Looks like I'll be going over to palazzo today. Mamas needs a new pair of reds with the proper treatment.
