  • If the mall had a Dr's office, this would be it. Wait times are way too long, especially because the staff always outnumbers the patients. I called to make an appointment about looking at test results. The woman pit me on hold for about 15 minutes. She then gave me my diagnosis over the phone (without giving a name) and had to sound out the words because she didn't know what she was talking about. Then she proceeded to tell me, that she had already contacted my insurance company and made me appointment with a chiropractor. Not only was the number she gave me wrong, it was for literally the furthest office away from my house for that company. When I called the company they have no records of me being referred to them. At earlier appointments I was told they had to print something up. 20 minutes later I was still siting there. Everytime they leave you to get something done for you you're left sitting there for 20+ minutes. The last time I was there a girl had a seizure and nobody knew what to do and they had to call 911. A older, male doctor put his hands all over my hips (and left them there) and pulled my shirt up without asking me fire. This office is just a bunch of pill pushers.
