  • I was given a gift certificate earlier this year, but when I tried to use it, I was told they are new owners and will not honour the gift certificate? Not only that, but were very rude on the phone and hung up! Not a smart business move - not honouring the certificate is bad enough, but being rude about it and hanging up on me was a poor business move. If you're going to be a successful neighbourhood business, learn to treat people respectfully.
