  • This place is the exact reason why I've always been scared to try someone new. I usually go to R salon in Phoenix but didn't want to make the long drive and this place had a few good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. Worst mistake of my life. I had dark brown hair and asked for a chocolate brown base with blonde highlights. My stylist bleached my whole head and 6 hours later she said she was done and thought it looked great.... my hair was gold and orange!! It was late (almost 11pm) so I decided to come back the next day to have someone else fix it and again made the mistake of trusting another one of their stylist. I had to beg them to fit me in today and they kept telling me they didn't just want to put me with "anyone", that they wanted to get me someone good. I finally got them to fit me in and the stylist added a toner to my hair to darken and remove the orange. It looked mediocre at best and I was not very pleased but figured it was better than gold, however, when I got home and it dried I could see that my hair was light ash brown all around STILL with gold throughout. And to make matters worse, my hair is super damaged now and I have to wait a while before going back to my regular stylist and having him fix the mess they made. Until then, I have to walk around with super embarrassing hair. I will be requesting a full refund!
