  • Thank God for Bouchon Bakery. In Vegas you are either dropping mad cash on good meals or you are eating slop at a food court. Bouchon Bakery is for those moments you can't do the former or you are not too drunk or desperate to do the latter. I could not bring myself to pay 10.00 for a ham & cheese baguette no matter what, but a coffee, the focaccia of the day and a macaroon made an excellent mid afternoon meal.
