I never write bad reviews and usually disregard them but I HAD to write a review about awful experience I had with Bulwark. I chose them for their previous good customer service reviews and started as a customer in January. The first service scheduled was very late (no call) after the 3 hour alotted window. Then, they didn't show up the next time. Then, AGAIN. Then, they called me all day saying the tech would be late (he never showed). I talked with a manager who said this was just a string of really bad luck and he personally promised a tech would come later that week for scheduled appt. guess what? No show again. Got an email they couldn't come out, no reason why. I canceled service after I had given them so much patience and opportunities to make good on what I paid seven months for with zero results or refunds.
