I'm a regular as it's on my route to work, but I would actually go out of my way for the vanilla latte here. I've heard rumours that they make their own vanilla... to be confirmed.
At times I've had service that leaves much to be desired, but I suppose I'd be a little frazzled too if I had to contend with the lineups that often happen here.
I would agree with Rafi on the croissant front - they just don't compare to Nadege or Clafouti. However, one taste of the oatmeal cookies and they will forever the effect on you that a bell has on one of Pavlov's dogs.
If you're looking to take home beans so you don't have to make the trip each morning, I highly recommend the Guatemalan or the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
