  • This business is the epitome of bad business practices. The attendants who write up your specific car wash requirements should be jailed for fraud. My wife took her black tahoe in for a wash, and was bullied into getting her truck detailed. They charged her $74.00 for overspray removal. The truck is black, and like most Chevrolets, suffers from sun fading. The attendant convinced my wife is was overspray. I was beyond livid and furious when she told me what was going on. I called the manager and told him to do a refund, and not detail the truck. He refused to. My wife drove off without letting these thieves touch her car. I blocked the charge through amex, and lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. Needless to say, my family will never go back there, and hopefully all that read this will feel the same way. If I could leave -5 stars, I would.
