  • To make perfect poutine you need freshest possible cheese curds(one that squeaks when you bite into it), dark thick gravy and fries with potato skin attached. Cheese curds was not squeaky. Gravy was light colored and thin (I tasted a lot of MSG). Fries looked perfect but didn't taste that good. But I gave them 4 stars because it's the closest real thing compare to Quebec, Canada poutine(home of poutine) Nothing beats that fresh squeaky cheese curds from Quebec. This place uses Wisconsin cheese curds.
