The Bellagio Buffet is no longer the King of the Strip Buffets, as it once was. But it still packs a great value considering how much of a vast selection they offer to guests.
I like that you don't have to pay over $45 for a weekend dinner buffet meal. The service here is still attentive, refilling our drinks and taking away dirty dishes. Sadly, inconsistency has brought down the Buffet quality over the years. For example, the prime rib would sometimes be excellent; sometimes it's gosh darn terrible! The organization layout of the buffet is also a little bit confusing too.
Do the cons outweigh the pros? Definitely not. I just might find myself here again for a decent meal if I want to avoid paying $55 for Caesars Palace's Bacchanal Buffet.
