2 weeks ago I had ordered a pair of sneakers online I had wanted to bring with me on an upcoming overseas trip. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called and they promptly resent it to me (I blame Shopify- one of the worst systems on the planet).
12 days passed and while I had received tracking information, the package had never left the warehouse...or was lost....again, I cant blame the sales associate.
2 days ago I called the store again. They apologized, made it right, refunded me shipping costs and expedited the sneakers. I've just received my sneakers with enough time to write this post and get to the airport!
I would do business with Feature again in a heartbeat. $hit happens but the sales associate handled the issue and made it right!
