  • Decided to bring my puppy here for her spay after reading great reviews. Unlike the Brimley Lawrence Animal Clinic, my dog wasn't afraid to walk in the front door, the place was clean, organized and they didn't forget about our appointment. The staff are excellent with all the animals we saw come in and out of the clinic and were really great with Sam. I was given loads of information on the spay and left without any questions or anxiety about her care. Dr. Caplan is a great vet! They called as soon as the surgery was over, and we were greeted by many of the staff including Dr. Caplan upon picking her up. They don't force you to buy a cone, instead told us to watch her and if needed it could be purchased later. They also administer pain medication in anticipation for pain, so your pet is more comfortable through the whole process and send you home with more. You get a follow appointment included in the price and are encouraged to call if you have any questions or concerns afterward. Receptionists were both lovely, caring and made you feel at home. Thanks for the excellent service and care you gave to Sam :)
