We went restaurant hopping in the Caesars Palace and decided to sit in the bar and try a few items. The lobster roll was good and tasted fresh with the lemon mayo. The kettle chip nachos with short rib and corned beef was just okay. It was a good portion, but the flavors just didn't mesh well together. We didn't eat most of it. The truffle fries also tasted like regular fries; the truffle was very faint. We decided to try the sticky toffee pudding and that was delicious. So rich and sweet and also very filling. The bartenders were very prompt and friendly. Overall, good ambience, good service, okay food.
