I have been a patient for 5 years
Always thought the front desk people were very nice to deal with except yesterday
The person I dealt with, whom I believe to be the dentists wife was very nasty.
She throws a price at me which seemed high. So I questioned her is that with my discount. She says you have s balance. Mind you last time I was there was 8 months ago. I always pay in full. I said how could that be, she goes I.T. 's right here in black and white. I said if I had a balance I think you would tell me before I show up.
She looks then makes up a story it's my son who had the balance. I said are you sure about that
Oh no tgey didn't take out the discount. She was talking out of her ass. Instead of apologizing for her stupidity she made I.T. that I was stupid for not understanding the price. She probably did this often by just throwing a price out and some people don't question I.T. and they make extra money.
I was so annoyed by this I call today to tell them I will no longer be a patient there and ask for my records. You would think maybe the dentist or his wife would call to apologize for their stupidity.
But, I guess that would mean you have good customer service abd in my opinion they do
