rev:text	I redeemed my Groupon for a single process color, cut, and style with Alex (co-owner and daughter of the other stylist) and left furious. The color wasn't bad besides the fact that I could tell she didn't wash all of it out of the bottom layer of hair in the the back of my head. The cut was atrocious. I asked for a tousled bob and I did get a bob but I don't know how tousled it was. It wasn't even at all. There were random much longer pieces sticking out of the bottom in several places. But the bangs were the icing on the cake. I showed her a picture of myself so she would get an idea of how I like them but she didn't even get close to the right idea. It looked like a had an uneven bowl cut! I told her I wasn't sure about the bangs because I was trying to be nice and hold my composure. She tried fixing them after I showed her the picture again and explained further but she just made it worse because now they were even shorter. She eventually said she would be right back and basically ran into the back room. She came back out after a good 5 minutes and made another failed attempt. Finally, her mom (another stylist at the salon) offered to give it a shot. Thank god she did but they were still terrible because her daughter had cut them so short that there wasn't much else she could do to fix them! There was no apology or discount or anything offered and they clearly could tell how disappointed I was. Disappointed being an understatement! I didn't know whether to start yelling or crying. NEVER EVER under ANY circumstance go here!
