  • If I could give this less stars I would. I used to have no problems coming here, but as the years have gone by it's gone down the drain. Dr Kim doesn't care about anything except collecting as many copays as possible every day, when I come in for my physical he takes the paper, asks me how much I weigh and how big my waist is, isn't that your job?! The new PA is even worse, I had strep (?) recently, she walks in, didn't even pull up my chart and looks at me and says I have strep without testing for it, tells me to sleep it off and wouldn't even listen to my concerns that the throat spray wasn't helping and sent me out the door-lidocaine shouldn't be much to ask for. I had a bad reaction to the antibiotics and threw up for two days straight, I called from the bathroom floor where I was stuck from feeling so weak crying and they switched the antibiotics but refused me anything to stop throwing up so I had to deal with stomach acid on top of the strep. I'll never come back here, they treat their patients like garbage. We're human at the end of the day and they have lost all respect for their patients.
