The hotel has a beautiful setting tucked between Camel Back and Mummy mountains. The grounds are meticulously groomed.
Checking in at the resort requires a bit more effort than the average hotel. After arrival at the main office, you are given a map and sent on your way (by car) to find your room. The rooms are in pods arranged around the massive complex.
Our room was in the 300 number sequence and seemed centrally located in comparison to the 100 or 200 numbered rooms. We had a lovely view. The decor was quaint, beds were comfy, towels were new. It was nice having French doors that opened to a patio with two chairs and table.
The restaurants were very nice. The pool area was clean, however, the lounge chairs are in need of updating.
The beautiful grounds are impressive. It was fun to see the quail, bunnies, birds..I would recommend this resort for it's natural beauty.
