Bought a car from Audi Peoria ... sales guy Scott was nice and trying to find me the right car . Shipped from California .. I agreed to pay half the shipping of 130.00. Audi Peoria offers a 5 DAY or 250 mile RETURN POLICY. I decided it wasn't a good fit for my daughter and car seat in back . So I brought it back and sure enough they gave me a hassle (Matt) told me the policy was an EXCHANGE ONLY...... trying to get me into another car ... then he said "let me ask my GM if we can return it... meanwhile I'm thinking.... wow they must hate their own policy... and why he would LIE and say it's Exchange only ? Matt also tried to make me pay the full shipping for the car of 320.00 . Long story short.... I ended up paying 130.00 for shipping the car and went through a lot of trouble trying to take the car back.... and I also have to wait a week to get my refund that I paid cash !!I I would have gone back in the future had I had a smooth return .. all they did was give me hassle ... when your a big company , what's 130.00 to keep a happy customer coming back?? Shows how shitty they can be . They are so happy and helpful when they are trying to sell you a car , then they bite your head off if they have to fulfill their own policy .
