  • I've never been to such an unorganized, unprofessional post office. Customer service is apathetic and slow. Line is always to the door. No one EVER picks up the phone no matter how long it rings. Parking lot is also a nightmare. It's a breath of fresh air to go in any other post office. The person that also delivers packages NEVER knocks. I will be home all day by the front door and when I finally decide to go out I find a package at my door or a note that I need to pick up my package!
