  • Don't take your car here if you care about it. Especially don't take your car here if it's a dark colour. These people ruined my paint. I have new parts on the front of my car due to a collision I was in back in July. I specifically asked if there are any risks to working on a car with newer paint. They said absolutely not. I took it in for a polish and removal of a few scratches that were deep enough to be worried about, but when I picked it up, I saw swirl marks all over my paint from the buffing machine. I also had scratches from head to toe on the car that weren't there prior to dropping it off - a brand new car and now looks about 6 years old. I called and complained. They told me to bring it back, assuring me that they would remove the scratches. I asked "are you sure? the last thing I want is for it to become even worse!" They assured me it would be fixed. The second time I picked up my car, it was a complete mess. Although shiny (so impressive from a distance), all you have to do is look down and see scratches everywhere. In addition, the paint has been worn off in a huge patch across the hood - which is visible by anyone walking by. They claimed they revealed overspray and it wasn't their fault. I now have to repaint my hood at the minimum. I didn't get a refund for this damage ($500 for my car to be ruined) nor an apology. I went by a respected body shop in the GTA for their opinion and they confirmed that the damage on my vehicle was incurred by the machines and the huge light patch now visible across the black was not overspray but most likely due to the buffing machine held on one area too long - moving back and forth. The one star is for the friendly staff.
