| - This store is really hard to spend money in, no matter how hard I try. It is almost as if they prefer you to shop elsewhere. I went here this afternoon, cash in pocket to buy a Samsung tablet. I looked online, they had it at the store. So, I drove over, played with the tablet and waited for a salesperson...and waited some more. Its Monday at 300PM, they werent busy. Finally, I went and looked for somebody. Found two salespeople visiting about Fantasy Football. I hated to intrude, but I asked one about buying the Samsung S2. He went to get me one...he was gone 15 minutes, it may have been longer. But, I know it was 15 as I took a call and it was a 15 minute call. Needless to say, they didnt have the tablet. He offered to call around, said I could pay him and pick it up at another store. Heck no. It took him at least 15 minutes to check his store, I cant imagine how long this step would take. Just real aggravating and time consuming here. Bad customer experience start to finish. I am done with these guys.
