  • Cant say they do bad work, but they def do bad biz. Called a month ago to get someone out for an estimate. Left a msg, got a text back that they couldnt come till the following week. No one ever showed up or called. Called again and got vm again. You would think with all the good reviews they are doing good biz, enough to get someone to answer the phone and make appts and then actuallly keep those appts. Sorry but texting is not my idea of professional and no shows or calls is definitely unprofessional and just plain rude. Cant imagine paying a company for a service when they cant even be bothered to pick up a phone.
