Consistently better price and selection than No Frills, plus no frills ABSOLUTELY has the 'Bait & Switch' policy of not buying nearly enough of whatever's on special, so you never can get what's advertised, unless you show up at 8 a.m. on the first day of the sale. + No rainchecks, of course.
I find that the prices are better than No Frills as well. It's a large store with good selection, especially if you're looking for some ethnic foods along with grocery staples.
Discount supermarkets like No Frills, Supercenter and Food Basics are not as nice as Loblaw and Pusateri's but that's why you're saving money, PLUS they are gov't inspected regularly, of course, so any irrational fear of cleanliness can be set aside.
All in all, a good store that is exactly as advertised.
