  • Trying to check in was a nightmare. It's 5pm and our room is still being cleaned. We have to be at a function at 5:30pm. The staff seem to be pleasant enough but we are still not getting the service we need. We even did the online check-in yesterday so we wouldn't have to go through something like this. Didn't work
