| - Why are people not going on Mobilicity?! This is crazy. They are the best plan for your buck and are improving every year to be better. Their rates are 100 times cheaper than the big three. No minutes, just unlimited everything. And then, if you pay a few months in advance, it's even cheaper. The reception is great, just as good as the big three, when you're in Toronto, at least. And roaming to USA is less than 20 cents a minute versus Bell who charged me $1.75 a minute and when I asked Bell for any plans I could purchase when I go into the states... "Sorry, I'm afraid not." Mobilicity is mega cheap for USA roaming, although Wind just came out with a plan, unlimited USA roaming for $10 bucks a month extra, so that may be better now, but if Mobilicity survives whatever it's going through now (doesn't look likely), I'm sure they'll get that plan in the next year.
Mobilicity, even though they're company is in the toilet, has been nothing but professional to its customers, and I suggest anyone make the switch to them and if they close down, to Wind. I was worried because I heard lots of rumours about dropped calls and bad reception, not true at all.
The one thing that bugs me is that their internet is slow. I've got a blackberry so I'm paying like $50 bucks a month for their top plan (because of a sale rate I got, not offered currently) and I don't feel like paying the extra $10 bucks a month for "Blazing fast internet speeds" so I can't really blame them then I guess. And I can stream a Youtube video, it just takes a while for pages to load. Meh, these are minor issues. Mobilicity is THE best plan in Toronto right now.
