Minutes after writing my first review for Hula's I received a sincere apology letter from Dana at Hula's. Now THAT is what I call a solid, caring, good business owner. Not only did he apologize for my experience he took the time to ask for more details about the service. I'm impressed at his quick action and willingness to make things right. I hate to sound like a tough customer, but sometimes speaking out on Yelp is what it takes to make a difference. With that being said, I will DEFINITELY be back to Hula's. :) Thanks Dana!
