  • This was the slowest most aggravating rental experience in years. The counter staff was lethargic and snippy. Few people staffed at 9am on a weekday! Long line. I offered a comment to the manager and he was at first defensive, then offensive. "Was I a member of their preferred club?" What did I expect? Renting again from this company would indicate severe self loathing. I recommend that you find any alternative. What ever happened to rent a wreck anyway?
