  • Awful customer service. I went in a week before and asked to make an appointment. The vet said I didn't need one and would be able to walk right in. So I returned later in the week and waited 2 1/2 hours for them to still not take care of my poor puppy! Then it took an additional 30 minutes just to get my dog back. I tried to make another appointment and they were booked up 2+ weeks!
