  • The Ghetto Orthodontic experience!! Unless you enjoy: 1. Being "told off" by the sassy, unhelpful receptionists; 2. having an opportunity to speak to the dentist one and only one time (during free consultation); 3. being worked on by students; 4. The impossibility of getting convenient appointments because they are woefully overbooked to maximize profit... If you don't enjoy the above and full ghetto experience, keep looking...don't sign up here...Run.. You will regret signing up for your orthodontics here. There are many other ortho offices in the Cleveland area to choose from. Don't subject yourself to 1-2 years of dealing with these disrespectful, ignoramuses. You can thank me later.
