| - This review is for their happy hour. Went with some girlfriends after looking at Brio's impressive happy hour menu online.
It didn't go right from the host stand. The guy there looked at us like we were an inconvenience, no smile, no greeting. We told him we were there for the happy hour. He told us to find a place at the bar, it was open seating.
We found a spot, really uncomfortable high tops. They have a few booths which were taken. My friend ordered their tropical Cosmo which tasted like syrup, had barely any alcohol. I ordered Pinot Grigio which was good. They have $5 wine specials on Thursday.
We tried the margarita dip, margarita flat bread and crispy shrimp brio. Our server messed up the order and got us potatoes instead of shrimp. I would give 5 star to the margarita dip, was probably the only thing I would remember from this visit that was good. Service was terrible, I would give zero, no one seemed to care about customers, our server was terrible, he never refilled any drinks or checked on us. We had to hunt him down for everything.
Definitely not worth coming back!
