  • In regards to customer service in finding a car, Roxie was great. I would rate her much higher than the star I have given in this review. However, financials are much more important to my husband and me. We bought our car over a month ago and decided to cancel the warranty we had initially included in our loan. After submitting the proper form a few weeks ago to the front desk (no one in the Finance Department was available), we have not received a single call regarding the change. We have reached out multiple times, with no call back and no change on our loan while interest accrues. You can expect the following when trying to get in contact with the Finance Department: being put on hold, transferred to several lines in the department where no one picks up so you are routed back to the front desk, being told someone would call back the following morning, and this whole single phone call taking almost 15 minutes. I never received a phone call back since that conversation two days ago. It seemed very disorganized as I was transferred all over the Finance Department without a single representative answering. Same phone conversation happened today, and again the front desk took my name and number, saying someone would call me back when they are available. I'm sure I will be calling back in a couple of days when I still have not received any call back. I wanted to give this lot the benefit of the doubt, but when they called me 2+ times a day for 2 weeks when I was interested in buying, but have not called a SINGLE time since we bought the car to address our financial questions/concerns, I confidently say this lot takes care of its potential buyers but not its past customers.
